Announcements: Grade reports are to be sent home once week. They are to be signed and returned, if not, students are not eligible.
Sports: Girls' basketball practice is Wed and Thursday from 3:00-4:00. Boys soccer is Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00-4:00

Weekly standards: 8.F.4 Linear Equations and Slope. Y=mx+b Construct a function to model a linear relationship between two quantities. Chapter 6.1

Weekly standards: 7.RP3 Use proportional relationships to solve multistep ratio and percent problems. 7.EE.2 Understand that writing an expression in different forms in a problem context can shed light on the problem and how the quantities are related. Percent Increase and Decrease Chapter 5.1 and Rewriting percent equations 5.2

Last call for bacteria packet, cell structure and function and tell them colored cells should be in their binders. Collect binders.
Last call for percent change homework that was due last Friday
