 Announcements:  After school sports start this week.  Volleyball practice is Wednesday and Thursday from 2:50-4:00. Football practice is Tuesday and Wednesday 2:50-4:00.  First game of the season is this Friday and it's a home game. 

8th Grade Math

1. Rational/Irrational number game

2.  Finish 1.2

3. Build squares out of blocks

4.  Intro to perfect squares and square roots

Homework: Homework packet due next Monday.  Finish page 18

7th Grade Math

Check supplies

1. Human number line.

2.  Using number line and the projector, practice adding different signs, then subtracting adding the opposite.

3.  Begin 1.3

Homework:  None this week

7th/8th Grade Science

1. Finish Watch Plate Tectonics and Continental Drift

2.  Answer questions
3.  Begin colored diagram of seafloor spreading/divergent boundary
